How long is the lease?
We lease on a month-to-month basis.

What do I need to bring when I'm ready to rent a storage unit?
We require that you bring a valid driver's license or government issued photo ID, along with a $5 Administration Fee + the first month's rent (based on your rental unit size). If the lease is signed after the 15th of the month, you will be required to pay the prorated amount for the first month and the second month's rent at the lease signing. No security deposit is required to rent a unit.

When are storage payments due?
Payment is due by the 1st of the month.

Do you prorate the rent?
Yes, for the first month, but not the last month.

Will I receive a monthly statement?
No.

What if my payment is late or my check comes back as non-sufficient funds?
If your payment is late, a late fee of $10 will be applied to your account. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a fee of $20 (or what is incurred from the bank) will be applied to your account.

How do I let you know I don't need the storage space anymore?
You must notify us a minumum of 15 days prior to the last month of occupancy. No prorata reimbursement of rent will be made for the month of termination.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept: cash, personal checks, business checks and money orders. We are currently in process of accepting credit cards and will post details on that when ready.

Is there a discount for long-term rentals?
No.
